The Edit Parameter page has too many options in it. They need to be group
together so that people can find what they are looking for whithout reading
every single options. Even some group boxes would be a big help. For people
evaling bugzilla, this has to be one of the 1st pages to visit to get things
setup. It leaves a bad impression right off.
