Reproducable: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Advanced Bugzilla Search at
<https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?format=advanced>
2. Go down to Advanced Searching Using Boolean Charts and select Votes, changed
after, 2005-03-01
3. Click the Search button

Expected Results:
The bug list shows all open & duplicate bugs that have been voted for or unvoted
for since 2005-03-01.

Actual Results:
Zarro Boogs
This happens because votes are never entered into the bug activity table.

Wow.  Sent an email just now.
Big problems with my computer.
Crashed 3 times in the past week, all while in Firefox browser.
Lost ALL my bookmarks.  ALL other applications are sluggish, Word won't fully load.  Links go nowhere.  

But the strangest thing about it, was that it took me forever to get here to report it!  Couldn't get into this system!

7hrs later...
Actually, I have NO idea where I'm at.  I just wanted to report what happened during Firefox.  Don't really know much about computer!
Oh, yeah.

One more thing.

I lost all of the information the computer stores about me when I go to sites and buy stuff.  So I don't have to keep filling stuff in.  Really use that feature a lot!
And for an example, how about this?  The mail I sent to 
create-and-change@bugzilla.bugs came back dead.  So I'm posting here what I wrote there:

I am SO confused.
My computer has gone crazy!
Slower than a turtle.
Lost ALL my bookmarks.
ALL programs running slowly.
And I have a PowerBookG4.
Version 10.4.11
Mail is sluggish
Word won't fully load.
Lots of problems!

Damn.  That's one mean virus.

I have run the steps above, I can only see the statement "Zarro Boogs found." been display.
Relocating bug to new component, as Voting is now an extension.

Reproducible also on Chrome Version 44.0.2403.155 m.
Steps to reproduce (different).

Bellow:
1. Go to the main bugzilla site https://bugzilla.mozilla.org.
2. Login(if not yet logged in)
3. write in the search textbox -"$^5" oe any other string that can not be found.
4. Hit the search button.

Excpected:
Recive an error message that there are no bugs with this description.

Actual:
Zarro Boogs found. is displayed
