Sometimes I find myself trying to view source code in various languages on the
internet and the server must be returning content-type as unidentified binary
file, 'cause instead of seeing the source code I get the "Open with... / Save to
disk" dialog. I would like to have another option in that dialog: "View as text"
see I don't have to open the file in an external text editor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://blah/blah/textfile.unregisteredextension

Actual Results:
Got dialog telling me to choose a view program or save to disk

Expected Results:
Let me view it as text in a normal tab
