seen with Windows Fx trunk build 2005-03-18-07

-ensure popup blocking is on
-goto cnn.com (you may have to reload to get the popup to be served)

tested results:
the popup notification appears momentarily whikle the page is loading then
disappears.  The popup blocked icon does remain in the statusbar.

expected results: the popup notification persists after page load complete.

note: I tried this at aol.com and the popup notification persisted as expected.
Keywords: top100
->all, as tracy saw this on the other platforms during smoketesting.
