Using build 2000022108 on NT.

I'm not sure of the exact causality here, but here's what it looks like is
happening:

1) Set "warn me on new cookies" pref.
2) Set homepage as MyNetscape.
3) Restart Seamonkey.
4) While MyNetscape is loading on startup, start mail.
5) Mail brings up password prompt. Behind this prompt, I can now see a prompt
asking me if I want to allow MyNetscape to set a cookie.
6) Enter Mail password and click OK to dismiss prompt. The cookie prompt seems
to disappear as well (though I suspect that it is behind other windows.
Shouldn't this dialog be modal?)
7) Reply All to an email message.
8) Crash.
Talkback ID is 5700699.

Adding Crash and Beta1 keywords.

Good bug. But not beta stopper. Putting on PDT- radar for beta1.

Problem here is that dialogs are not modal. So it is a dup of 25684.
