Firefox saves and autocompletes credit cards' text boxes. A setting is necessary
so that someone can disable autocomplete option when forms are completed on
secured web pages.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:  
Anyone sitting on my pc can see my credit cards numbers. Also someone who is
more clever can write a program that decodes firefox forms cache and get the
credit card numbers.
