When I press "/" or "'" in any web page, the cursor is not in the "find"
textbox. if I turn on the Chinese input method (IME), i can't input anything
into the textbox. But if I press Ctrl+F it's OK.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to any web site
2. press "/" and turn on any IME 
3. try to input a Chinese character

Actual Results:  
the Chinese character didn't appear in the "Find" textbox.

Expected Results:  
The Chinese character should have appeared in the "Find" textbox.
