When visiting the webpage http://www.fast-autos.net, a pop-up window is blocked
by the built in pop-up blocker. However, another pop-up window is allowed to
show up in spite of the pop-up blocker. This allowed pop-up is different from
the pop-up that was blocked. Similar behavior has been seen on other websites,
but the cited site is one I frequent quite often and will issue this pop-up
consistently

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Go to http://www.fast-autos.net

Actual Results:  
An unauthorized pop-up is displayed

Expected Results:  
Blocked all pop-ups

This issue also occurs in my Windows version of Firefox 1.0.2
