The attached HTML looks crammed together.  This affects the editor (harder to
create/edit lists).

very strange.  on windows, this shows up poorly in the browser, but displays 
perfectly in the editor.  since this displays ok in the editor (why?), I am 
pushing it off until M17.

kipp is very unlikely to fix these, since he's not working ont he project any 
longer.  so I'll take a look.

This bug has been marked "future" because we have determined that it is not 
critical for netscape6.0. 
If you feel this is an error, or if it blocks your work in some way -- please 
attach your concern to the bug for reconsideration.

It's likely this bug is caused by incorrect line height calculation due to the 
<LI></LI> creating an empty line.  If someone wanted to do some more 
investigation, I would consider re-opening.  But I simply don't have the time to 
look into it before FCS.

I'm attaching a second testcase which shows that if the bullets have contents, 
this problem doesn't occur. Interesting. Agree on FUTURE, and so marking (it 
still showed M17).
