Security Warning boxes which appear when entering or leaving a secure site need
to have the option to turn off right on the dialog box itself.

1) Visit http://junruh, then https://junruh
2) Note the dialog box stating that you are entering a secure site, and asking
to you click OK

What is expected: That the dialog box should also contain a checkbox (checked by
default) that allows to user to permanently change the preferences to not show
that warning dialog box in the future. The wording by the checkbox should be
"Show This Alert Next Time". There are four such warning dialog boxes.
1)Entering a site that supports encryption
2)Leaving a site that supports encryption
3)Viewing a page with an encrypted/unencrypted mix
4)Sending unencrypted information to a site
