After installing Mozilla suite, from menu option to install Palm Tools\Address 
Book Palm Sync Install: Error in loading the Conduit Manager while (un)
installing the Mozilla Address Book Palm Sync Conduit.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start/Programs/Mozilla/Palm Tools/Address Book Palm Sync Install
Actual Results:  
Error popup window: Error in loading the Conduit Manager while (un)installing 
the Mozilla Address Book Palm Sync Conduit.  No change to existing address 
book conduit, whether it is Palm Desktop or Netscape (v4.8) Address Book.

Expected Results:  
The Mozilla Address Book Palm Sync Conduit Manager should have been installed 

Clean new Windows XP installation.  This happened before installing Netscape 
4.8 and after as well.

I cannot migrate to Mozilla.  The palm address book sync has not worked 
correctly for me since the beginning of my trying to use Mozilla with v1.1B.

I am desparate to get rid of Netscape 4.x and move on!!
