using 2/22 build of mozilla 1) launch mozilla 2) launch editor 3) insert default table 4) click outside of table(underneath it) 5) insert H.rule 6) select H. rule 7) Format menu | H. line props H. line props menu item is dimmed under Format menu.... this doesn't happen if you insert an H. line without inserting a table first... all platforms.

Can't click under a table to postion the caret (bug 34356), so can't attempt to fix this bug until other is fixed.

using hte build from yesterday, this is working on win98. This is what I did: 1. inserted 3 returns (to get a selectable space after the table) 2. set the caret on the first line 3. inserted the table 4. set the caret on the 2nd line and inserted the hrule 5. highlighted the hrule, seelcted Format|H.Line Properties works like a champ, asking Sujay to check this out on mac and linux
