When I go to the URL listed above, even with blobk popup windows enabled, a
pop-under appears underneath the window. It only happens when first going to the
site. Subsequent refreshes don't bring it back (unless I clear out the cookies.)
Firefox also detects that it blocked a pop-up window, so I'm not sure if there
was a pop-up in addition to the pop-under.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clear out cache and cookies
2. Load the URL
3. Pop-under appears

Actual Results:  
Pop under appeared below the browser window, and firefox detected blocked pop-ups.

Expected Results:  
Blocked the pop under.


Turning off javascript of course keeps this from happening, but of course it
turns off useful features when browsing the web. The site appears to reference a
script located at: /on/scr/poplayer.js which appears to do all the javascript
for this pop-under/pop-up.
