Even when the "Close the Download Manager..." box is checked, the manager does
not always automatically close.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
It appears that this is happening when the downloaded file is then opened by
another application. For example, clicking a PDF file and then choosing Open With.

Reopen if it happens with big/non-cached files.

filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
