User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 StumbleUpon/1.9993 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050317 Firefox/1.0.2 StumbleUpon/1.9993 Currently, while keyboard focus is on the Location Bar, the behaviour of the Tab key is dependent on whether the drop-down area is visible or not. If it isn't, Tab behaves as expected. (Moves focus to content area.) If it is, however, Tab behaves like the Arrow-Down key. This is unexpected behaviour, and quite annoying, especially because the drop-down field often appears without being asked explicitly (e.g. when you're just typing in the Location Bar). I know that I can press Esc to have the drop-down field disappear and thus restore the correct behaviour of the Tab key, but this is still annoying. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Also related to Bug 86643 which has been marked WONTFIX, but some disagree. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 97918 ***
