When an event is added by doubleclicking a day square in multiweek view, the
default start time is the following day.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Only occurs when it is the last hour of the day (according to the system
clock, I believe) (ie. 11:00 pm through 12:00 am)
2.Doubleclick a day square in Multiweek view (to add an event) and check the
default start and end times for the event.
Actual Results:
The default start time for the event is the morning of the following day.
Expected Results:
The default start time for the event should be on the same day.
This can become annoying when adding many events which 'Last all day' and the
start time needs to be switched back a day.

you strongly disagree with that decision, you can re-open the bug, but be sure
to state what makes it distinct from bug 283512.
