Details

1) Start with a clean system 
http://warp/hardcore/cartman/CartmanTestPlan.html#Smoke Test
2) Install the 2/23 commercial build of Netscape 6 under Win98 or Win95.

What is expected: The desktop icon should appear as an "N".

What happens: The "N" does not display on screen for 98 and 98, only NT. Even 
right clicking on the icon, choosing Properties, shortcut, Change icon, and 
selecting the "N" icon does not display the icon on the desktop, only a blank 
icon.
