When I use "Edit as new" on some text message, one empty line is added at the
end of message

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. choose some text message (can be with attachments)
2. Edit as new command


Actual Results:  
one empty line is added

Expected Results:  
text of the message is same as previous message

I suspect this is the same basic problem as bug 70728.
