Go to edit -> preferences -> advanced -> proxies, set "no proxy" to any host.
press OK, then go back to it and it'll say "0"

this happens on both linux and windows version M13 build id 2000012520

auto proxy config doesn't work either but I see in another bug report that u
already know that.
The proxy Pref interface has been updated.  It should work with a newer build
(m13 is now a month old).

I've just upgraded to build 2000022216, windows version
If I use manual proxy config
and I put "x"(or anything else) into "no proxy" it doesn't use the proxy
when I leave "no proxy" blank it'll use the proxy.

I dunno if this is the problem, but I was searching through the source, and
found a typo, "networProxyNone" missing the "k" at...
