Select next cookie after removing a cookie

Details
In the cookie manager, the selection should move to the next cookie in the list
if you delete a cookie. (just like in themailNews thread pane after deleting a
message).

Reassigning to ben who wrote the cookie viewer. If any change is made to the
cookie viewer, it should also be made to the signon viewer and the wallet editor
as well.
