There is some commented out code dealing with borders in nsSVGOuterSVGFrame's Paint. This needs to be fixed along with GetFrameForPoint and possibly the width/height used for relative sizing of child frames.

Does the code actually handle paddings, though? Those would be an issue with coordinates too....

Hmm, bug 294086 did add the code to drawing borders, but GetFrameForPoint probably needs fixed up.

So mRect includes the space added for borders and padding, so the fix for bug 294086 fixed hit-testing too. Marking bug FIXED.
