I want to select text on a webpage using the left mouse-button. The cursor does
not scroll upwards at to top of the viewport.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go for example to http://www.mozilla.org/status/
2. Go to the end of the page.
3. Try to select the text from the end of the page to the beginning using left
mouse-button (= normal selection).

Actual Results:  
Selection stops at the top of the viewport; no scrolling upwards.

Expected Results:  
Scrolling upwards and selection until the left mouse-button is released.
