All the time getting these "*** Bug 2***** has been marked as a duplicate of 
this bug. ***" messages, IMO, so damn annoying. I love the refurbishment of BZ 
but w/o this feature... My annoyance grows larger.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a bug
2. Someone adds a "dupliacte".
3. All hell breaks loose in my inbox.

Actual Results:  
Sent a "duplicate" notification.

Expected Results:  
Gave me an opt-out to being notified over a "duplicate".
