I assume this is for all windows non-XP builds
1. Make sure you don't have gdiplus.dll in the Firefox/ directory
1. Open FF
2. visit a native SVG page
3. A warning pops up " Missing GDI+ library"
4. the link on that warning , http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/gdiplus/
 does not exist

The page does exist, and I think it's the correct page. It says:

"Missing GDI+ Library

This message is displayed when you attempt to load an SVG document on a
MS-Windows machine that does not have the gdi+ library installed.

Microsoft makes this library available from download as a self-extracting
archive. Copy the resulting gdiplus.dll into either the mozilla/firefox bin or
your windows/system32 directory. "
