When I load the url
(http://www.intellicast.com/LocalWeather/World/UnitedStates/MidAtlantic/Pennsylvania/Pittsburgh/RadarLoop/)
in Netscape Navigator 4.72, the image with the "INCOMPLETE IMAGE REQUEST
RECEIVED" does not appear. Instead, an animated gif showing the last 6 hours of
weather radar data appears. The image radar images seems to load based on its
url
(http://www.intellicast.com/WeatherImages/RadarLoop/radarloop.wsi;day;RadarLoop;gif;radarloop.gif)as
referenced from the url
(http://www.intellicast.com/LocalWeather/World/UnitedStates/MidAtlantic/Pennsylvania/Pittsburgh/RadarLoop/).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the url
(http://www.intellicast.com/LocalWeather/World/UnitedStates/MidAtlantic/Pennsylvania/Pittsburgh/RadarLoop/)

Actual Results: An image appearred on the page at the URL
(http://www.intellicast.com/LocalWeather/World/UnitedStates/MidAtlantic/Pennsylvania/Pittsburgh/RadarLoop/)
that had the following text embedded within the image, "INCOMPLETE IMAGE REQUEST
RECEIVED"
Expected Results: An animated image with the last 6 hours of weather radar is
displayed.

This was recently fixed, and is working on my Linux build 2000.02.26.08. I'll
mark as duplicate; please reopen if you see this with a recent build.
