When I open "http://www.basketballvictoria.com.au/fs_home.asp" the Menu and
secondary Menu are visible but when I click on "Play""Representitive B'Ball""EQ"
the secondary menu will not open.
I will open in Internet Explorer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.basketballvictoria.com.au/fs_home.asp and on the left click
"PLAY"
2. then click "Representitive B'Ball"
3. then click "EQ" and secondary menu will not apear.

Actual Results:  
Nothing, cant see Secondary Menu. But I can see it in Explorer.

Expected Results:  
It should have given a Secondary Menu with the option of opening 14 other pages.

Most probably a Tech Evangelism issue, i get

2. notice no secondoray menu to the left (compare with IE)
