User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040910 The problem is when the attachment contains the word "From". When the attachment is saved it is transformed into ">From", I sent the mail from yahoo http client, then read it with yahoo http client and the attachment was OK. I sent the mail from mozilla, then read it with yahoo http client and the attachment was OK. I sent the mail from yahoo http client, then read it with mozilla and the attachment was NOT OK. I sent the mail from mozilla, then read it with mozilla and the attachment was NOT OK. So it has to do with opening the received letter or saving the attachment. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a txt file with MS Notepad (ANSI encoding) 1.1 just to make sure add a couple of lines that are long 1.2 Leave one line empty 1.3 One the next start the line with From blah blah... continue in other lines too 2. sent it 3. using Mozilla's mail client, receive the message and save the attachment Actual Results: The line beginning with "From" has become ">From" Expected Results: Leave the "From" text intact, unchanged
