3.Wait for the page to finish to load and press the back button

wfm, but I don´t get all I see in the source, so maybe I´m missing the crash:

I don´t have Java installed, so no crash.

I also see a google ad script in the source, but don´t see google ads on the
screen, maybe I´ve got the wrong geographic region, or time of day to get the
ad, as I don´t have it blocked.

Still crashing, only crash with bfcache.

Perhaps related to the fact that I got the adblock extension.

Have you tried testing with adblock disabled via the extension manager?

Ok done some more testing, only crash with mozilla suite, doesn't crash with
firefox.

I crashed again on the given URL to compare my talkback incident with the one of
Ronald Tilby (TB5759520) comment #6 (with the same build: Mozilla Suite Trunk
Nightly 20050511).

The new talkback ID is 5764499.

It's interresting to note that the 2 talkback incidents are not pointing exactly
at the same function/line.

For what it's worth, it works for me on Mac OS X 10.2.8, but I didn't see a Java
applet (java is enabled). I'm not running Adblock either.

comment #9, like i said earlier it only seems to crash Mozilla Suite not Firefox
perhaps you should retry on MacOS with the Mozilla Suite.

I was able to reproduce the ResumeTimeouts crash on Windows.  It seems that what
happens is that the memory holding the saved timeout struct gets trashed. 
Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce the problem under purify or under the
debugger.

What I _do_ see in Purify is some invalid memory reads/frees originating from
the Java plugin.  So, on a hunch, I updated my Java plugin, and I no longer see
the problem. François, can you try this and see if it solves the problem for you?

The version I have installed now is:
Version 1.5.0 (build 1.5.0_02-b09)

which the Java auto-updater downloaded for me.

This could perhaps also be due to reentering plugin destruction code when inside
the plugin event loop, which is also fixed now.  In any case, resolving
WORKSFORME with current build.

Ok, still crashing with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050728 SeaMonkey/1.0a

I haven't tryed to update my java jvm (currently running 1.4.2_08) which is the
lastest version in the 1.4.2 branch : http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
