cursor doesnt move down if I do CTRL+ DOWN ARROW at the end of a sentence in a
multi line email being composed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to mail.yahoo.com
2.login and compose mail
3.type multiple lines pressing ENTER at the end of each sentence.
4.now press CTRL+DOWN key and the coursor remains the same place if its at the
end of the sentence.
5.Go to the start of the sentence and press CTRL+DOWN and the cursor moves

Actual Results:  
Cursor remains as it is

Expected Results:  
It should have moved down going to each and every end of sentence
