Enter in address bar should deselect address bar to allow scrolling

Details
When the user presses enter in the address bar, the address bar should be
deselected to allow the user to scroll with up/down and pgup/pgdn.
This request for enhancement should probably be on all platforms, not just Windows.

I put windows because I considered it a bug, and didn't know what was happening
on other platforms.
