29434 - votes for UNCONFIRMED not in quota?

I think it would be a good idea that votes for UNCONFIRMED bugs would not
count into the quota of 5 bugs.

This votes would be automatically deleted when bug is confirmed
(maybe only when over quota?).

I have voted for bugs that I consider very important for me and I can't
help confirming new bugs :(

Not sure I like this.  I think the auto-confirm is designed for real votes ...
Basically the votes trigger the confirm if everyone's too lazy to confirm. 

Maybe if everyone had the ability to confirm an unlimited number of bugs but
experienced users get more confirming power?

If votes for UNCONFIRMED didn't count against your quota, then I might as well
not bother.  Three people could just get together and vote on every UNCONFIRMED
bug in existance, and they'd all be confirmed.

Removing your votes once confirmed is not a bad idea, although leaving them on
is also not a bad idea (if you cared enough about it to confirm it, you likely
care enough about it to want to vote on it for other reasons.)

So, I don't think I'm going to change anything here.

If they wanted to do this Terry, they already could, they'd just need a little
coordination to vote on 5 bugs, then move them along to another 5 bugs.  Maybe
they could even be really sneaky and convince someone to let them confirm
straight off!
