If you visit a website that brings up a popup ad, like http://www.netcenter.com/, then close Mozilla and reopen it, Mozilla reopens sized to the size of that popup menu. This is reproducable every time, from my experience. Witnessed in the 2000022708 Win32 build of Mozilla.
