Details
cmd/modutil/config.mk, cmd/ssltap/config.mk,
and cmd/crmf-cgi/config.mk are not being used.
Bob, Nelson, may I cvs remove them (especially
the ones for modutil and ssltap, which we build
regularly)?

I removed the dead ssltap and modutil config.mk files.
Removing ssltap/config.mk;
/cvsroot/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/ssltap/config.mk,v <-- config.mk
new revision: delete; previous revision: 1.2
done
Removing modutil/config.mk;
/cvsroot/mozilla/security/nss/cmd/modutil/config.mk,v <-- config.mk
new revision: delete; previous revision: 1.3
done
