Without an internet connection, I started firefox and immediately clicked to
customize the toolbar. When the messagebox pops up about firefox not being able
to lookup www.google.com (or whatever start page has been selected), the
application hangs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have some default web page selected
2.Start firefox without an internet connection
3.Right click in the toolbar and select customize
4.Wait for the message to pop up and BAM!

Actual Results:  
Application hangs

Expected Results:  
Not hang
