Page loading pause when you use the scrollbar or navigate through menus. 
The webpage stops loading until you release the scrollbar or close the menu.

gif animations pause as well, when you scroll or navigate menu in an already
loaded page.

Its been like this for a long time, so its not a new problem.
Sorry if this is a duplicate. I searched but did not find it already reported...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any webpage
2. Click the scrollbar or navigate the menu

Actual Results:  
Page loading pauses

Expected Results:  
Page loading

Camino dont have this problem.
