29549 - Add MRJ Plugins to Mac build delivery

In order for OJI to work in the builds delivered we need the MRJ Plugins checked 
in *and* delivered to dist/Plugins in the Mac builds (probably only commercial 
since Mozilla doesn't permit binary only checkins).  

The next step would be to have the release/installer folks pick up and install 
these files in the daily installer.  We can reassign to [e-mail] 
after the files are checked in and being delivered.

PDT,
Please reconsider.  This is not about shipping Apple's MRJ.  This is about 
getting OJI working: getting Mozilla to work with the MRJ already installed on 
the users machine (since MacOS 8.5+ ships with MRJ and we support MacOS 8.5+ for 
Seamonkey).  The conduit between MRJ and Seamonkey is currently working already.  
It merely needs to be installed.  A small, low-impact fix for a high gain: Java 
will work on the Mac.  Getting Java working on Win32 was PDT+.  In the spirit of 
platform parity we're hoping this will be granted the same status.

When a final decision is made, and if this is a packaging issue only, please 

provide all the details on how to proceed (what to include, where it comes from, 

where it goes, etc.) then reassign this to me and I'll update the packaging 

script accordingly.

Adding dependancy to 13848 because

13848 can be summarised as Java OJI/MRJ plugin not working with recent M1X 
builds

and

29549 is need to install Java OJI/MRJ plugin automatically.

Fixing 29549 won't help if 13848 isn't resolved.

Fixed. Received new bits from Loki that work with current mozilla build.
Added them to the daily Mac packaging process.

JJ,
The Plugins folder was already being *created* by the install.js in the 
browser.xpi.  It should be automatically installed now, right?  Your change 
won't break anything but will cause an error to be logged in the Install Log so 
we should modify the install.js eventually.
