When simply opening the extensions or downloads window, Windows XP starts
responding more slowly. This is noticable as the mouse doesn't move smoothly
anymore but jumps from location to location with very short pauses.
The task manager shows up to 90% CPU when moving around the mouse very fast.
This percentage is A LOT lower when firefox is opened without any of these windows.

Reproducible: Always
