Pieces of web pages just blanked out.

Details
Release: M13
Glibc: 2.1
Distribution: Debian 2.2(frozen)
Gtk: 1.2.6
When I view this particular page as well as a couple of others, I observe part
of the page as just blanked out to default grey.
The page will initially load properly for a couple of seconds then
all-of-a-sudden, a large chunk near the top will just vanish and never return.
Other Characterstics: If I take my curser to select some text and extend it into
the invisibble region, I can get the text back(but not the background) until I
decide to scroll around again.
**This is my first bug report here, please let me know if I'm being to vague in
any way so that I may improve.

Can you please download a current build (M13 is pretty old as the M15
development cycle has already begun) and see if this is still a bug for you.
I'm pretty sure this bug is a duplicate of bug 20185 which was fixed a while
back. A search with the bugzilla query tool would probably have turned up this
bug pretty easily. If this behavior still exists in a current build can you
please comment here. Thanks. And you did a fine job on your first bug report.
