Deer Park Alpha 1 for Mac OS X uses "Jaguar"-style tabs in the preferences
dialog, even under OSX 10.3 and 10.4 (which changed the tab style a bit).

To meet Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Firefox should leave the Jaguar-style
tabs in place for 10.0, 10.1, and 10.2 users, which switching to the newer
"Panther/Tiger"-style for newer versions of the OS.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Firefox on OSX
2. Open the preferences panel.

Actual Results:  
Saw the wrong style of Aqua tabs for my OS version.

Expected Results:  
Seen the updated Aqua tabs appropriate for my OS version.
