Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

Microsoft has a security item for scanning fingerprints and entering the
requested information into the appropriate form fields. The scanner's software
properly detects the fields but it appears that it cannot recall the information
properly (on subsequent scans after the data is entered, it should enter the
information rather it is requesting the information anew)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.have a scanner handy
2.load up a web page that requires a username and password
3.touch the scanner with the preprogrammed finger
4.enter the information
5.reload the page
6.touch the scanner again and the information request starts again
Actual Results:
it is always in "learning" mode

Expected Results:
the data should be entered in

it is just a minor compatability issue - the fields are appropriately scanned -
it just does not recall the data that was previously entered - should just take
some minor tweaking
