Some readers pointed out that the description of the preference files
are a little confusing. The document says that, "All these files are
plain text files stored in your profile folder and can be edited ...".
Although it is clearly stated that they don't exist by default in the
following secitons, the description can cause misunderstanding. So I
would like to suggest a little more straghtforward description about
the files. Please have a look at a diff file I attached.

I hope my descriptions a little better than the original, making it clear that
the preference files do not exist by default and that the user need to create a
new file.

If no one objects my suggestion, I can check in the changes into the
mozilla.org CVS repository.

I just changed "these files are plain text files stored in your profile folder" to "these files are plain text files you need to create in your profile folder"
