Category pages and other similar secondary pages are broken due to a spurious
<br style="clear:both;"/>.  This forces page content down below the level of the
sidebar.  

The offending tag is in the includes/CategoryPage.php file, which isn't in CVS
as part of the Cavendish theme.

is this still an issue?  It's been a couple months, and I think we've had
MediaWiki upgrades since then.

Won't be an issue for devmo for much longer since we're changing to a new skin
there, but the category pages on wiki.mo will still be messed up.

This bug is now only relevant for wiki.mo, as MDC no longer uses the Cavendish theme.  Feel free to deal with this bug as you see fit.
