I wanted to make a bug on mozdev.org dependent to a bug on mozilla.org.  There
is no way for such things.  Adding an InterBugzilla referencing feature is very
useful.

Steps to Reproduce:



Expected Results:  
I want to make bug mozdev:10531 dependent to mozilla:296689.

There would be many cross-versions problem... :(
