Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. launch mozilla in Korean locale 2. can not connect to http://www.yahoo.com via inputing corresponding Korean characters in address field. 3. can not connect to http://www.empas.com via inputing corresponding Korean characters in address field. Actual Results: 1. Input corresponding Korean characters, connect to http://agent.linkprice.com/tnspanel/ 2. Input corresponding Korean characters, connect to http://empas.krmail.rog/login.html Expected Results: 1. connect to http://www.yahoo.com 2. connect to http://www.empas.com
