Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.angelfire.com/ca/jesser/ with your only mozilla window
2. Wait for the pop-up to load
3. Close http://www.angelfire.com/ca/jesser/ 
4. Close the pop-up (you now have no mozilla windows open)
5. Re-open mozilla

Actual results:
Browser opens in position and size similar to pop-up window

Hoped-for results:
Browser opens in position similar to http://www.angelfire.com/ca/jesser/

Confirmed with 2000-03-01-08-M15 on WinNT.

This looks like another DUP of bug 15555, ""pretend" browser window attributes 
should not persist to real browsers", ASSIGNED, regression.
