ctime is lost for downloaded files and set to the time of finishing the download, it would be nice to have a possibility to get the files with there original ctime

ctime is lost for downloaded files and set to the time of finishing the
download, it would be nice to have a possibility to get the files with there
original ctime

Expected Results:  
another checkboxes in the preferences downloads menue for 
[]leave ctime of downloaded file
[]set ctime of downloaded file on the time when the download was finished

(maybe not "ctime" but "time" for windows-compatibility :)
