the popup blocker is ignored by popup ads on this site. I'm assuming that they
have code that will override the blocker. This works on all popup ads being run
on this site. They don't always run popup ads but it will show up as being
detected by firefox if they do.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to http://www.drudgereport.com
2.if a popup ad is being used at that time it will come up.
3.check for popup window hidden behind active browser window.

Actual Results:  
popup comes up

Expected Results:  
it should have been blocked
