Details

Using M13 for Win32 on Windows 2000 accessing a web site hosted on NT/Win2K IIS4/5 with anonymous access disabled. The "Prompt For Database Key" dialog pops up and asks for a username for "Negotiate, NTLM". Clicking OK after entering the proper information causes the dialog to disappear for a few seconds and then reappear. Re-entering the information doesn't help. To make matters worse Cancel doesn't cancel the dialog. I have to shut down the browser completely. This bug is a blocker because I cannot use it on sites that require NT Challenge Response security access.

We should have better error handling now. We do not do NTLM, but you should not crash.
