Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Firefox/1.0.4

I was viewing video on webpage http://jappo.nl/filmpje.php?id=155
on closing the tab, Windows media player popped up an error, and stated that it
had performed an illegal operation, and that I should restart 'navigator'. No
other specifics.
I'm running windows XP, with all updates, firefox 1.0.4 with latest update that
can be run with update tool.
I ignored the warning, and tried to surf, but no pages would load, the cirle
load indicator made a half loop and then stopped on any page.
closed firefox, restarted, and then my bookmarks were gone.

I have plenty times lost my bookmarks because of various crashes, and I am just
about to gop back to IE and take everyone I know with me.
This is a completely unacceptable bug, even though the occurance may be new.

When someone adds a bookmark, *open* the bookmark file, write toe it, and
*close* it.
I'm too scared to power cycle my machine for fear of losing my bookmarks again,
So I'm not going to reproduce the problem again.
And I don't want to hear about backupos, I don't want to backup 10 files from
every one of the 50 apps on my PC on a daily basis. That is just rediculous.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce
