298427 - i canceled a download half way and downloaded it again after wards and now i can not delete one of the files.

when i download a file onto my computer from site to desktop 2 files are created
and as usual one is removed once the download is complete leaving me with what i
wanted to recieve. i downloaded one file but the website did not respond so i
closed it and the download as well causeing the two files incomplete and
unfinished so later i downloaded it again with no troubles but the 2 files from
befor stayed and only one file can be removed and now when i try to delete the
file it leaves the messege of "cannot delete Plan_of_Attack_-_Beta_2.1_Full: it
is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be
using the file and try again." i have tried deleting this file with firefox
closed opened and with the file again but neither work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select file 
2.press delete
3.click yes
4.messege apears
5.click yes

Actual Results:  
the usual of a pointless messege
